You receive exclusive rights for an allotted territory to operate CSB programs. You manage local
execution, while CSB provides brand, curriculum, systems, marketing frameworks, trainers, and
national credibility. This is a business ownership model, not a job or shop franchise.
This is a revenue-sharing authorised partnership, not a royalty-based franchise. There is no fixed
monthly royalty. Your income grows with performance.
Initial involvement is mandatory during setup and stabilisation. Once the centre is running smoothly,
your role shifts to review, monitoring, and growth decisions.
You supervise counsellors and sales teams, lead follow-ups, seminars, counselling sessions,
student onboarding, and daily reporting. Teaching is not compulsory.
Initially, yes to some extent. This helps you understand conversions and team performance. Over
time, trained staff handle sales while you manage at an owner level.
CSB provides national brand campaigns, funnels, scripts, marketing creatives, and sales
frameworks. Local execution remains the partner’s responsibility.
Minimum requirement is 200–300 sq.ft. You may start from home, a shared space, or co-working
space, and upgrade later as revenue grows.
The Authorised Partner bears setup and office costs to ensure ownership and cost discipline.
CSB has been running a stable and profitable education business for over 15 years. With proven
systems, chances of loss are very low when execution is followed properly.
Issues arise only if the owner is absent, follow-ups are weak, or local execution is ignored. The
model itself is tested and proven.

reducing owner workload.
